The Tidewater Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. is proud to proclaim and continue the legacy of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, the thousands of men and women who served our country during World World II and beyond in the 99th, 100th, 301st, and 302nd Fighter Squadrons, comprising the 332nd Fighter Group, the 477th Bombardment Group, and their Support Groups.
Our chapter meets monthly, the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Ruppert Sargent* Building, Hampton Veterans Conference Room, 1 Franklin Street, Hampton VA 23669. This building is located in downtown Hampton off of Settlers Landing Road. Click here for map.
*NOTE: 1LT Ruppert Leon Sargent, a native of Hampton VA, is the first African-American officer to be awarded the nation's highest award for valor in combat, the Medal of Honor. Click here for more info.
